Warranty

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and protection to you and your outdoor patio furniture. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our outdoor furniture covers, we will make sure to address, inform, and remedy the issue in a timely manner. Our premium outdoor furniture covers are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years. Warranty begins from the date of original purchase and must be accompanied with the original receipt. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, pets, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or burns from heaters/fire pits, punctures by sharp object or furniture. Damage caused by heavy storms or high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been altered, has missing parts, or been modified in any way.

Any items that are customized or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Warranty does not include shipping to and from Coverini and or delivery and installation. We shall not be liable for any damages over the cover’s original purchase price. Coverini, at its sole discretion will inspect and determine appropriate action for warranty according to our guidelines. Lead time of warranted items may vary throughout the year. Retain your instruction manual with your receipt for your records.
